I'm just exhausted from all these texts, emails, etc....
Here goes. I switched from Verizon to tmobile july 25. The new order will show the $50 55 and up unlimited plan, SIM card, my new add a line galaxy A10E phone, and activation. My first bill will be $77.03 then $50 post paid each month. When I did my order via chat with sales, my rep was very busy and I'm having issues. The tmobile I'd site will not take ANY of my passwords, most of my email and keeps telling me to check my 10 digit tmobile number and wont accept that either. Every time I try to fill it out it kicks me out for email invalid, bad password or my phone number. Maybe my rep neglected to change my phone number and I am stuck til August 5th when I go to our crossroads store

P.S. I dont know if you can do anything or have another way into tmobile system so I can get an I'd to get all the paperwork and reading done. If you can do anything or call a tmobile rep you know that maybe can help me out, that would be great !! Please reply asap and thank you, Lynn Lucas
